<li>Own staffing agenda for accounts under responsibility</li>
<li>Consult with line management to provide guidance on HR when appropriate.</li>
<li>Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.</li>
<li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.</li>
<li>Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with Legal & Compliance departments as needed/required.</li>
<li>Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).</li>
<li>Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.</li>
<li>Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.</li>
<li>Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.</li>
<li>Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.</li>
<li>Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.</li>
<li>Develops budgets, schedules and performance standards.</li>
<li>Ensure proper development plans are in place for all talent pool.</li>
<li>Co-lead & facilitate talent reviews & performance calibration sessions.</li>
<li>Support in conducting annual salary review activities.

Minimum requirements
<ul>
<li>University degree in business, bioscience, or related field
<p> </p>
</li>
<li>English</li>
<li>Local country language</li>
<li>Experience (7-10 years) in HR experience with a large organization, and a clear record of creating and administering HR programs that maximize employee hiring, retention and development</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of HR practices</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication skills
